There are many websites out there which will provide you with information and supplies.  Additionally, there are many sites, such as mine, which are personal and often inspirational in the projects displayed and the enthusiasm for quilling.

Here are some sites which I recommend:
.
.

Quilling.com     Also was known as Quilling Superstore.  They are a supplier of a wide variety of tools and papers as well as kits.

.

Quilling — Katy Sue Designs     I love this shop!  They are located in the U.K. and have been a go-to for specialty papers and small frames.

.

http://www.mypaperquilling.com/paper_quilling/paper_quilling.php     Information, tutorials and tips

.

Quilling Art – Professional supplier Quilling Card and gifts | Viet Net     This wonderful site is based in Vietnam and I could spend hours working through it.  Some meticulous works.

.

American Frame: Here for the Art     A good resource for ready made frames.  Acrylic, no glass.

.

Frame Destination | Picture Frames & Online Custom Framing     This is my primary source for frames.  I can choose the profile, exact dimensions, and color.  What sets this apart from other suppliers is the fact that glass is an option rather than acrylic.  Most importantly you can specify the position of the points which are the little metal bits which fold over the back of your work to secure it in place.  Doing so allows you to accommodate the specific dimension and elements in your quilled art.  Excellent customer support is also a plus.

.

http://www.whimsiquills.com/     Unfortunately, the owner has retired.  However, a websearch of the name will yield some of her wonderful designs for your inspiration.
